Purposes and methods of data processing
According to article 13 of Legislative Decree No 30 June 2003 . 196 ( relating to the protection of personal data) is about what are the purposes and methods of processing of personal data collected :
the data are treated for institutional purposes , connected or instrumental to our Company, such as storage, processing , and user management , in particular to meet market surveys , statistics, marketing , sending commercial offers , including third , sending of advertising material and information , commercial communications, including interactive
the processing of personal data is carried out by means of manual or electronic, computer and data, with appropriate procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality .

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 regarding the rights of (Right of access to personal data and other rights) that inquires :
You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
You have the right to obtain the indication :
the origin of personal data;
the purpose 'and mode' of processing ;
the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5 , paragraph 2;
the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as ' designated representative in the State, managers or agents .
The interested party has the right to:
the updating, correction or, when interested , integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not 'need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
certification that the operations in letters a ) and b) have been notified , as also related to their contents , to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even ' relevant to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication .
Optional supply of data
Apart from that specified for navigation data , the user is free to provide personal data to request services offered by the company . Their absence can make it impossible to obtain the requested service.
